Motion Graphics Templates (MOGRTs) are installable files for Premiere Pro which enable professional animated text and video effects from a simple-to-use edit panel. This option provides you with a lot of flexibility such as linking either locally to your desired location on your PC, or you can link a cloud storage device also, such as "Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive etc.These are editable video projects so you can change text, colors and styles easily.
(Typically people don't use the preloaded templates if they have downloaded their own, so clicking "Local" will provide you with full access & control of your folders/files which is typically most designers ' preferred' option, in Premiere Pro 2020 you have the option of selecting "All" in the dropdown menu if you would like to display the preloaded templates as well.
Uncheck "Libraries" and check the "Local" checkbox. Once you have added each of your folders containing your MOGRT files click "OK"ħ. (Keep in mind this will add one folder at a time, this process does NOT support subfolders or nested folders, so add each folder individually).Ħ.
